Ingredients

  • 250 g large tomatoes
  • 50 g dark balsamic
  • 150 g olive oil
  • salt
  • ground pepper

Preparation
Cut 5 g basil leaves into fine strips. Peel tomatoes: Cut the tomatoes crosswise at the top and dip in boiling water until the skin peels off. Remove with a scoop, quench in cold water. Peel the tomatoes, remove vine, dice the tomatoes. If the tomatoes have a firm skin, they can also be peeled with a peeler. Mix balsamic and olive oil, season. Add tomatoes and basil.
