Chimichurri-Sauce
Ingredients
- 50 g parsley, leaves removed from stems
- and finely chopped
- 50 g onions, finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 red chili pepper, finely chopped
- 10 g oregano, finely chopped
- 10 g thyme, finely chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 g black peppercorns
- 3 g paprika powder, mild
- 20 g white wine vinegar
- 20 g olive oil
- 3 g salt
Preparation
Grind ingredients with the peppercorns to a fine paste in a mortar. Then stir in vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt.
