Your Qualifications
- Completed university degree or vocational training, ideally in a commercial field
- Very good German and good English language skills
- Experience in staff management and a solid understanding of business and economic principles

- High brand and system loyalty, combined with openness to innovation and new sales channels
- Personal commitment to the day-to-day operational management of a restaurant

- Willingness to participate in training programs and continuously develop your skills
- Team-oriented, open-minded, receptive to feedback and assertive
