There are two ways to enjoy smoked salmon:
It can either be cut into thin slices (pic. 1). This is the most familiar form and is a classic at NORDSEE.
If the smoked salmon should be somewhat more rustic, it can be cut into upright slices (pic. 2).
Tip: Whichever way you choose, smoked salmon is a perfect companion to every celebration and deserves a place at the table of a delicious Sunday brunch.
