What you should know about our restaurants
Our restaurants are generally found in main commercial streets and shopping centres, but they are also found at other locations where there is a high frequency of pedestrian traffic. They require a total area of between 200 und 300 sq. m., including a restaurant area with seating for more than eighty people; often an outside area is also required.
The restaurants offer meals on a self-service basis which the customers can eat in the restaurant or take away. The food on offer is highly standardised in regard to price and quality. The snack window offers take away warm and cold snacks and drinks.
