NORDSEE - All about top quality

Not only must our products meet the highest quality expectations but our NORDSEE stores too are regularly examined by the external, independent SGS Institut Fresenius GmbH.

For its snacks and meals NORDSEE uses, without exception, filet products that conform to the high NORDSEE quality standards. So, for example, the baked fish on our Snack-Baguettes of the same name and the "Alaska-Pollock" in our restaurant are made of filets that are block frozen at sea on the trawler itself. On land the block is cut into various forms and further processed. In this way quality and freshness are optimally preserved.

NORDSEE prepares all of its goods according to the strictest specifications, takes care to store appropriately, and strictly observes the shelf life of its products! For example, we crispy-bake and freshly dress our Snack-Baguettes many times a day.
