The grill marinade "lemon pepper" is a tender mediterranean marinade. The combination of pepper, chilli and a hint of citric lends the fish a spicy- piquant flavour. Without the addition of preservatives.
Spread the grill marinade evenly over 1 kg of fresh fish e.g. salmon filet and allow to soak in the fridge for 6 to 24 hours. Afterwards fry in a pan or place under the grill.
