The mixed herb seasoning for fried fish is a composition of salt, onion powder, pepper, lemon zest, ginger, horseradish powder, garlic powder, parsley and thyme. It lends the fried fish a pleasant aroma with a hint of ginger.
Sprinkle the fried fish mixed herb seasoning over the the fillet approx. 10 minutes before frying and then dust the fillet with flour. Fry the fillet in butter.
