Venture to perform a forward roll: sardine fillets are simply ideal for this original filling variant.
Brush the fillets on the inside with a delicious grill marinade, here: grill marinade ‘Südsee’ (South sea) and grill marinade ‘lemon pepper’ from NORDSEE (pic. 1).
Add a few fresh herbs and roasted sesame seeds (pic. 2).
Roll the fillets up like a rollmops, secure with a moistened toothpick (pic. 3).
Then simply grill evenly.
Tip: You can find NORDSEE fresh fish at NORDSEE branches with seafood and fresh fish counters.
