NORDSEE - How we see ourselves

NORDSEE stands for the honest treatment and use of the natural product fish. For this reason, when we make purchases, we pay special attention to getting fish from sustainable yield fisheries. For reasons of sustainability we have taken some kinds of fish from our selection. Among these are all shark products, such as shark filet, curled strip of smoked dogfish, and sea eel. In the interest of protecting the natural population we also no longer offer ray, ling, marlin, dolphin and northern blue fin tuna.
